About Southside Rides Foundation

Southside Rides Foundation is a 501c nonprofit program sponsored by the city. We provide alternative vocational opportunities for incarcerated and at-risk citizens, helping them improve their lives. Our program, run by David M Moore, includes Project Moore, a studio program for kids aged 9 to 19. We offer a barbershop, hair salon, and music studio, where kids learn about hair styling, barbering, and music. Classes are held three days a week for three hours, and participants receive a stipend based on their school performance. Join us and discover a path to a brighter future.
